2026 V4SDB Student Summer School Information
The course will focus on the analysis of spatial transcriptomics datasets. During the course we plan to have practical sessions, where the participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the in silico processing of spatial transcriptomics datasets.
As part of the course we will also have a public lecture about the Human Cell Atlas Project.

Accepted applicants will need to have an active V4SDB membership, and will be required to pay a 50 EUR registration fee.
